By creating an account or using TransDate, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TransDate. You represent that the information you provide during registration is accurate and that you will keep your account secure.

3. Community standards

TransDate is a space for transgender, non-binary, and allied communities. Harassment, hate speech, doxing, non-consensual content, spam, and impersonation are prohibited. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these standards.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant TransDate a license to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

5. Privacy & safety

Use privacy settings to control who sees your profile and messages. Report abusive behaviour through in-app tools or contact the site administrator.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. TransDate is self-hosted software; your community operator is responsible for moderation and legal compliance in their jurisdiction.
